About us
ITC Bintang Toastmasters Club is a community club chartered since 1987. It was registered with the Registry of Societies (ROS) as an independent club as the intention was to have this club as a community club. ITC stands for Inchcape Training Centre where the meetings in the early years were held in ITC Management Centre. The club remains strong after more than three decades with our diverse members.
