We are going to the District 51 contest!

ITC Bintang Toastmaster Club (Kuala Lumpur) once again did Area P4 proud when Chen Gaolan won the Division P Speech Evaluation contest. Ivan Cheng represented Area P4 in the Humorous Speech contest and did a great speech against tough competition. Ivan represented Division P at the District contest two years ago. Our club was also represented by Justin Kap Piang as the Humorous Speech contest chair. 

Gaolan will represent Division P at the District 51 contest on 9 November 2013! ITC Bintang will be there in full force to support her!
