ITC Bintang laughs all the way to Division P Contest

Ivan Cheng and Chen Gaolan did ITC Bintang proud when they respectively won the Area P4 Humorous Speech and Speech Evaluation Contest. Ivan and Gaolan will represent Area P4 at the upcoming Division P contest on 5th October. Congratulations!
